Paper Submission
Papers must be written in English. All papers are limited to 6 pages and must be in standard IEEE double-column format. The papers should be submitted using COCUS system http://cocus.create-net.it/. Once in COCUS website, first you have to either register or login (top-right of the page) after that you can submit your paper.
The final paper must be prepared according to the IEEE Transactions format (see Comsware author's kit). The final paper must be uploaded to the COCUS system on or before November 30, 2006.
Additionally, the copyright form must be completed in order to ensure that the paper will be included into the workshop proceedings: Copyright form.
Important Dates
Manuscript Submission (extended): September 15, 2006
Acceptance Notification: November 20, 2006
Final Manuscript Due: November 30, 2006
